Stress is ordinary. Our life may be peaceful and in control...or not. Usually life is full of stress, and we may
like it. Good stress keeps us motivated and full of energy. Too much stress burns us out and leads to
depression, addictions, relationship problems, or anxiety disorders.
How do we know how much stress is too much? We look at symptoms. Below is an anxiety
inventory [designed much like the depression inventory]. You may choose to complete the inventory and
